Terms of service
Last updated: 9 September 2026
These terms apply when you use bluntfindings.com or buy an audit from it. Buying an audit means you accept them. They are written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@bluntfindings.com before you buy.
1Who you are dealing with
Blunt Findings is a trading name of Roam Digital Ltd, company number 12004081, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London W1T 6EB. "We" and "us" in these terms means Roam Digital Ltd trading as Blunt Findings.
Payment is taken through Stripe Managed Payments. For the purchase itself, Stripe's designated seller of record is the seller named on your receipt, and Stripe's terms of sale apply to payment, tax, receipts and the processing of refunds. These terms cover the product and the website.
2What you are buying
The AI Shopping Readiness Audit is an automated analysis of one online store, delivered electronically as a PDF and a private web page. The system reads the store's public pages, scores them against a fixed method, and produces a written report with a ranked list of recommended changes.
It is a report, not a service. No person reviews your store, makes changes to it, or is available for consultation. Nothing in the report is professional, legal, financial or technical advice tailored to you.
3What you need
- A store on a supported platform with a public catalogue of at least five products. The free check on the site tells you whether your store can be run before you pay.
- A working email address. Everything is delivered to it.
- The right to have the store audited. By ordering you confirm you own or operate the store, or are authorised by whoever does.
The audit is sold for business use. You must be 18 or over to buy.
4Price and payment
The price is shown on the site and at checkout. VAT or other sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, and the total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time of order.
We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order already placed.
5Delivery
The report is delivered by email within 24 hours of payment. If delivery is not possible within 24 hours we tell you and you may choose a new delivery time or a full refund.
The private web page is available for 30 days after delivery and is then deleted, together with every file produced for your order. The PDF is yours to keep. We do not keep a copy after 30 days, so keep it somewhere safe.
6If the audit cannot run
If the store cannot be read well enough to produce a report, for instance because it blocks crawlers, is not on a supported platform or has too few public products, the order is refunded in full and the email explains why. We do not deliver a partial report in that case.
7Refunds
Our refund policy is at /refunds. The short version: ask within 14 days for a full refund, no reason needed; automatic refund if the audit cannot run.
8What you may do with the report
The report is licensed to you for use in connection with the store it was produced for. You may share it with your staff, contractors and advisers for that purpose. You may not resell it, publish it as your own work, or use it to provide audit services to others.
9What the report is, and is not
- Findings describe the store as it was read on the date in the report. Stores change and the report does not.
- The visibility spot check is a small number of searches on one day and is described as such. It is not a measure of your share of any search product.
- Where a measurement could not be taken, the report says so and excludes it from the score.
- We do not promise that acting on the report will improve your rankings, recommendations, traffic or sales. What an AI assistant recommends is decided by the assistant.
- Recommendations are for you to consider, test and implement at your own discretion. You are responsible for changes you make to your store.
10Our crawler
To produce the report, our system reads your store's public pages. It identifies itself as BluntFindingsBot, reads slowly, honours robots.txt for its user agent, and reads only stores submitted for an audit or a free check. Details at /bot.
11Your data
How we handle your email address, your order and the data read from your store is set out in the privacy policy. The short version: data read from your store is used only to produce your report and is deleted 30 days after delivery.
12Liability
We take care to produce an accurate report, but we cannot promise it is free of errors. If it is wrong, tell us and we will look at it and put it right or refund you.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you buy as a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
13The website
The free check on the site is provided as is, for guidance, and may be rate limited or withdrawn. You may not use the site or the free check to audit stores you have no right to submit, or in a way that interferes with the service.
Content on the site, including the sample report, belongs to us and may not be reproduced without permission.
14Support
hello@bluntfindings.com. Support questions are answered from your report's own data. There is no telephone support and no consultation.
15Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published.
16Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. If you buy as a consumer in another part of the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules where you live and may bring a claim in your local courts.
